Updated: With Election Day, early votes counted, Lasher leads Adkins in District 4

In-person Election Day and early voting results showed Democrat Scott Lasher ahead of Republican Joe Adkins in the race for Frederick’s District 4 City Council seat, but the majority of ballots in the election had not been counted.

The initial numbers released in the city’s election had Lasher leading Adkins, 412 to 310. Close
