GLENVILLE — Democratic-backed candidates will hold a majority on the Glenville Town Board following Tuesday’s election, where Maurice “Bud” Watson and Brandin Cooke defeated their Republican challengers.
Watson and Cooke, who ran on a platform that focused on expanding the town’s tax base and improving the relationship between the town and village of Scotia, received 3,575 and 3,322 votes, respectively.
