Lori Goebel maintained a sizeable lead over Dmitri Atrash for a seat on the Thompson School Board in Tuesday night’s preliminary election results.
As of results released shortly before 9 p.m., Goebel had garnered 52.1% of the counted votes, totaling 15,585, mostly from Larimer County but with a handful from Boulder and Weld counties, where small numbers of residents fall within the boundaries of the Thompson School District.
She leads by 1,234 votes.
