Patna (Bihar) [India], November 5 (ANI): A day before the first phase of the Bihar elections, BJP MP Jagdambika Pal on Wednesday asserted that voters remember the 'jungle raj' and can see the developmental work done in the state, framing this year's election as a choice between good governance and corruption.
