CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — Danny Laudick has been re-elected as mayor of Cedar Falls, running unopposed for a second term.
Laudick first became mayor in 2023 and emphasized running a strong campaign, even without a challenger, to best represent the city.
Looking ahead, Laudick aims to hire a new city administrator, implement the city's parks master plan, and make Cedar Falls a top place to live, raise a family, and build a career.
"Nothing moves forward in the long term if it's not with the community," Laudick said. "I've always said that one of the things that makes Cedar Falls such an amazing community isn't just because the mayor, the city, the elected, the staff do all these great things—they do, that as well, that's important—but part of it to me is because the community in Cedar Falls in
