Sold to finale the estate of the late Anthony Wright, the property 251ha (620 acre) block was bought for $750,000 by the Baldwinson families, who have adjoining properties.

The auction attracted five registered bidders.

Osterley is located 14km south of Tottenham and is principally soft red loam country dotted with kurrajong, wilga and box trees.
