LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Controversy boiled up in court on Tuesday centered around Campus for Hope , a new transitional homeless facility being built on the same plot of land as the current Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services Campus at Charleston and Jones Boulevard.
