Lyric coloratura soprano Tracy Fehr generously uses her prodigious talents to help others, performing medieval to contemporary music with orchestras, chamber ensembles and as a solo recitalist at home and abroad.

A Penticton resident, Fehr recently returned from her latest tour of the United Kingdom to raise funds for women in North Africa.

The tour which included Stamford, Lincolnshire, Launde Abbey, Leicester and Leeds, Yorkshire, marked the 17th year of Fehr’s long-lasting partnership with the Association for Cooperation and Transformation, a not-for-profit international development organization.

Beginning with only four families in 2008, ACT with Fehr’s continuing involvement now assists 50 families.
