MADISON, Wis. - Madison police have issued a silver alert for a missing 66-year-old man.
David A. Wells was last seen Tuesday at 7pm near Flower Ln. and Gammon Rd. He had hazel eyes and gray or partially gray shoulder length hair and a mustache and goatee. He also has sleeve tattoos on both arms.
He was last seen wearing a Black and white checkered Beret, with black and white checkered sweatshirt/hoodie. Navy blue long sleeve shirt, blue sweatpants and gray tennis shoes.
Police say David left around 7pm on foot to get cigarettes from a nearby gas station. David has seizures and is deaf, he becomes disoriented following the seizure and forgets where he is or where he might be going. David usually sticks to sidewalks and well-lit areas.
