MARSHALL - While many artists have aimed to spotlight the resilience of the community following Tropical Storm Helene's devastation throughout Western North Carolina, Marshall artist Lauren Rutten is spotlighting the vulnerability, too.

"Save This Piece," on display at Marshall High Studios, features 72 photographs taken during the town's Helene response, as well as a community writing project in which residents can reflect on their experiences.
