2Hackettstown woman arrested after allegedly arranging juvenile fight outside Dunkin’ Donuts
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ – A 35-year-old woman has been charged with child cruelty and neglect after police say she transported a juvenile to a Dunkin’ Donuts where a fight between two juveniles was initiated at her direction.
Hackettstown Police said the incident occurred around 3:29 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, outside the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 170 Mountain Avenue. Officers responded to a report of two juveniles involved in a physical altercation.
An investigation revealed that Magdelin Parra-Delacruz of Hackettstown was responsible for bringing one of the juveniles to the location and instigating the confrontation. Authorities say the altercation was not spontaneous but orchestrated by the adu
