Patna: The NDA and the Mahagathbandhan on Wednesday both expressed confidence in their victory in the Bihar Assembly elections ahead of the first phase of polling, with the BJP asserting that the ruling alliance would secure a huge majority, while the opposition parties said people had made up their minds to bring change.
