YOUNGSTOWN The Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) has named the ten recipients of its 2025 Holiday Lights Awards, recognizing local nonprofits for their steady dedication to the Mahoning Valley community.

The awards, now in their fifth year, spotlight organizations that provide diverse services across the region. Winners will be honored at a special dinner on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at the B&O Station Banquet Hall in Youngstown.

Each of the ten organizations will be featured in a shared regional awareness campaign. This campaign will utilize TV spots, bus ads, social media marketing, and WRTA’s digital display sign.
