HOLYOKE — Voters on Tuesday elected a new slate of City Council at-large members and decided several tight ward races, signaling a shift in the city’s political landscape.

Two long-time city councilors lost their re-election campaigns. After several previous unsuccessful attempts, Anne Thalheimer unseated Councilor David Bartley by 64 votes for the Ward 3 seat.
