OGDENSBURG, N.Y. (WWTI) - Another important race for City Council was the one up in Ogdensburg.

As of Wednesday morning, the three incumbents hold the lead and are likely to win re-election.

John Tebo, Dan Skamperle, and Mike Powers are the top vote-getters. According to results from the St. Lawrence County Board of Elections, Tebo has the most votes with 532, Skamperle is in second with 519, and Powers sits in third with 444.

Challenger Wendy Hamilton is in fourth at 355 votes.

It's unknown how many absentee and mail-in ballots are outstanding. However, it seems all three current council members will retain their respective seats.
