Five towns in Onondaga County have seen the average price of a home increase over $40,000 in the last year.

The towns are Spafford, Skaneateles, LaFayette, Lysander and Tully. That is according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., a part of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors .
