The Supreme Court will hear arguments today on President Donald Trump's tariffs, which have been challenged for overstepping presidential powers and are causing economic uncertainty for small businesses.
Lower courts have ruled that the president overstepped his authority in setting these tariffs, and now the Supreme Court will make the final decision.
The Supreme Court will determine the legality of Trump's reciprocal tariffs on most countries and the import taxes he imposed due to alleged foreign governments' involvement in drug trafficking .
