Cynthia Erivo has swapped the black robes of Elphaba in “Wicked” and “Wicked: For Good” for the black robes (and grey wig) of a defense attorney in the first look image from “ Prima Facie .”

The feature adaptation of Suzie Miller’s award-winning one-woman play — backed by Embankment Films, which launched international sales on the project in Cannes — has now completed principal photography in London. Filming took place at locations including The Old Bailey, Lincoln’s Inn and London’s newest studio complex, The Story Works.
