Amid chaos over allegations of “vote theft”, Haryana Minister Anil Vij on Wednesday lashed out at Leader of Opposition (LoP), Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of talking about issues that will divide the country.
Speaking to reporters here, Vij further accused the opposition parties, including Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party (SP) and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), of committing “sins” against democracy.
“Rahul Gandhi is constantly talking about things that will divide the country. We are all Indians. But they want to divide people. There is no sin that these (opposition) parties have not committed against democracy,” Vij said.
