At this point, Jake Paul really can’t catch a break. After his dream fight with Canelo Alvarez slipped away, he managed to coax Gervonta Davis into an exhibition bout. But even that plan ran into hurdles. The Georgia Athletic Commission refused to sanction the fight, forcing Paul’s team, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), to relocate the event to Miami, Florida. Now, however, Davis’ actions have led to the fight’s complete collapse.
The Netflix-exclusive event, originally set for November 14 at Miami’s Kaseya Center, has been canceled after Davis was sued over an alleged domestic incident.
