MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Monongalia County Commission’s Wednesday morning meeting included recognition of a state honor for a county park, a proclamation for National Hospice and Palliative Care Month, and several administrative approvals related to estates and ongoing projects.
Commissioners began by approving routine consent items, including fiduciary orders for the estates of Jonathan Robert Lint II and Mary Ann Harrington. The latter prompted extended discussion, as commissioners worked through an unusual situation involving a disputed will.
