South Carolina's U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace says she will sue the Charleston International Airport and American Airlines over an incident involving her airport security detail.

Mace, (R-District 1), announced on Nov. 5 that she is taking legal action against the airline and airport after hearing that employees "coordinated and conspired to create false and misleading incident reports" regarding the verbal clash on Oct. 30.
