Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs ordered flags at all state buildings be lowered to half-staff in honor of former Vice President Dick Cheney. President Trump has not issued a proclamation regarding his death, but flags will stay at half-staff until his interment, in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code.
