SUMMIT TWP., MI — A man is accused of a misdemeanor for allegedly firing a shotgun through his front door, hitting a teenage girl authorities have charged with breaking and entering.
Troy Allen Webb was arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 5, from the Jackson County Jail on one count of reckless discharge of a firearm causing injury or death in the shooting of 15-year-old Serenity Johnson.
