Despite clear warnings from the Democratic president of the Maryland Senate, Bill Ferguson, Gov. Wes Moore is charging ahead with an extreme partisan plan to redraw Maryland’s congressional districts. President Ferguson described the move as fraught with risks both judicially and politically.
