The Washington Commanders held their first practice of the week as they prepare to host the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Dan Quinn talked to reporters earlier, and discussed some of the injuries the team has been dealing with. CB Marshon Lattimore (ACL) and WR Luke McCaffrey (collarbone) were placed on IR yesterday, ending their seasons. Quinn said Mike Sainristil and Jonathan Jones would get more playing time with Lattimore done for the season.

QB Jayden Daniels’ second season has been filled with disappointment, and he’s now dealing with the third injury that will keep him off the field. He suffered an ugly elbow dislocation after landing on his left arm while bracing from a tackle in the 4th quarter vs the Seahawks.
