Attorney General Dave Sunday has joined a bipartisan coalition of 38 other Attorneys General requesting that Congress clarify the legal definition of “hemp.” According to the coalition, bad actors are exploiting language from the federal 2018 Farm Bill, which removed hemp and hemp-derived substances from the controlled substance list.
