The two people who died in an apparent murder-suicide at a home in Beverly, Massachusetts, have been identified by officials.

A woman and a man with apparent gunshot wounds were pronounced dead inside a home on Colonial Road at 9:40 p.m. Monday following a call from a concerned family member, according to the Essex County District Attorney's office.

They have been identified as Becky Lynn Center, 58, and John Patrick Nesbitt, 56.

Beverly police and Massachusetts State Police are investigating the deaths, and there is no ongoing threat to the public in relation to the incident.
