MOSES LAKE, Wash. – Moses Lake Police Department Detective worked with Special Agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to impact a fentanyl distribution operation, making two arrests and seizing a large load of dangerous substances.

On November 4, officials made a traffic stop on two suspects suspected of distributing fentanyl. The individuals had been identified as a result of a joint investigation between the two departments, said the Moses Lake Police Department.

The two suspects were detained and detectives executed several search warrants, which led officials to find and seize 2.5 pounds of fentanyl powder, around 3,000 fentanyl-laced pills, according to the department.
