Michael J. Langley has been sentenced to 40 years to serve after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, according to District Attorney Jason D. Herring.
Langley entered the pleas Tuesday before Circuit Court Judge John R. White, who imposed an additional 20 years suspended and 5 years of post-release supervision.
The case was investigated by the North Mississippi Narcotics Unit. Herring thanked NMNU agents for their work removing illegal drugs from the community.
