SALT LAKE CITY — Northern Utah is starting to cool down beginning early Thursday after days of unusually warm weather.
“Temperatures are going to be much cooler but that’s just normal for this time of year,” National Weather Service Meteorologist Sam Webber said.
Webber said people living in northern Utah can expect the temperature to drop from the 70’s down to the 50’s overnight.
The state has been approaching near record highs the last few days and with the cold front coming in, Webber said to expect cooler temperatures through the weekend.
The cold front is projected to move in early Thursday between midnight and 5 a.m.
