SIBE, Nov 5: State Assembly Deputy Speaker Kardo Nyigyor inaugurated the newly constructed office building of the circle officer, Sibe in Lower Siang district today.

In his address, Nyigyor termed the event as a big milestone, calling it the realization of the aspirations of the people of the area. He assured the early completion of the remaining works and the posting of officers and supporting staff to make the office fully functional at the earliest.
