Kerala Transport Minister KB Ganesh Kumar said on November 4 that licences of all taxi drivers, who are accused of harassing a Mumbai-based tourist at Munnar here recently, will be cancelled once all of them are caught.

"It is illegal. It should not happen again," Kumar said.
