During Zohran Mamdani’s nearly 30-minute victory speech last night , he touched on a variety of themes.

The mayor-elect spoke about changing the Democratic establishment, the power of immigrants and working-class New Yorkers and more.

He also named some members of the broad coalition his campaign built this year leading up to the election.

That includes immigrants of diverse backgrounds, as well as New Yorkers from the Bronx to Brooklyn.

And a closer look at voter data shows he did attract a lot of voters from all different parts of the city.

Steven Romalewski, the director of the CUNY Mapping Service, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Wednesday to look at the numbers.
