LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
State and city leaders were in Louisville Wednesday to provide updates on the deadly UPS plane crash, and they surveyed the damage left behind.

The plane crashed Tuesday afternoon, causing an explosion, fires, and large plumes of smoke that loomed over the city.
As of Wednesday, officials say at least 12 people are dead and at least 16 are still missing. Of the 12 who died, one is a child. There have also been 13 people discharged from the hospital, with two still in critical condition.
