Warriors injury update: Is Jimmy Butler playing tonight vs. Kings?

Heading into a Wednesday night matchup against the Sacramento Kings , the Stephen Curry-less Golden State Warriors face will an uphill climb.

The Warriors' legendary 37-year-old guard was ruled out for the contest against Sacramento due to an illness, and a new update has indicated that their night won't be getting any easier despite the Kings' star duo of 27.4-point scorer Zach LaVine and dominant rebounding center Domantas Sabonis also being sidelined for the night.

According to ESPN's Anthony Slater, Golden State's 6-time All-Star Jimmy Butler will not be available against to face their in-division rival.
