DETROIT (ABC4 Sports) - Svi Mykhailiuk scored a career-high 28 points, but it wasn't enough for the Jazz to beat the Detroit Pistons Wednesday night.
Cade Cunningham scored 19 of his 31 points in the fourth quarter the Pistons won their fourth straight game, 114-103.
Mykhailiuk made 10 of 16 shots from the field, including 6 of 11 from three-point range for the Jazz. Lauri Markkanen added 25 points, while Jusuf Nurkic had 17 rebounds as the Jazz lost for the fourth time in their last five games.
Jalen Duren added 22 points and 22 rebounds for the Pistons, which improved to 6-2, and Ausar Thompson added 18.
Detroit, which came into the game second in field-goal defense at 42.9%, held Utah to 38.4% (33-86).
