Bihar Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit on Thursday said that polling across the state has been peaceful so far with no negative OR “untoward” incidents reported.
After casting his vote in Patna, he urged people to come out and exercise their right to vote, saying Bihar has always set an example.
Speaking to ANI, Pratyay Amrit said, “As per information received till now, no untoward incident has been reported anywhere. Bihar has always set an example, and we will conduct this election well.”
“It is a very important day, and I have come here along with my family to cast my vote. I appeal to the voters to exercise their right to vote,” he said.
Voting for the first phase of the Bihar elections 2025 is underway.
