A North Carolina man was ordered Tuesday to serve 16 years behind bars after being convicted of three felony narcotics charges stemming from a traffic stop in April, according to the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office.
Xerxus Rashad Belvin, 46, of Henderson, North Carolina, pleaded guilty to possession of a large amount of fentanyl, possession of large amount of cocaine and importing fentanyl into the state of Maryland, according to a state's attorney's office press release.
