Detroit Lions must fix weakness in middle of offensive line

Back in June, Lomas Brown fretted about the potential impact of Frank Ragnow’s sudden retirement. In particular, the former star offensive lineman and Detroit Lions radio analyst wondered how Jared Goff would fare without the All-Pro center delivering snaps, setting protections and anchoring the team’s sturdy offensive line.

After all, Brown noted, “middle pressure – that’s the kind that gives Jared the most problems.”
