DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio —
Voters in the Oak Hills Local School District have approved a 37-year, $68.5 million bond that will pave the way for the replacement of the district's three oldest schools, ensuring modern facilities for future students without raising taxes.
The bond levy, called Issue 31, passed with approval from nearly 67% of voters. The bond will keep tax rates the same as those approved under a 1997 bond, which is set to expire at the end of 2025. Advertisement
The approval paves the way for the replacement of three schools that are now more than 85 years old including Delhi Middle School, Springmyer Elementary and Bridgetown Middle School.
