Despite the Buffalo Bills ‘ strong record, their quiet trade deadline has left many wondering if the front office is doing enough. Everyone thought the head coach, Sean McDermott, and his staff would use the trade window to sign players or trade some of them away, particularly after they were dealing with an injured locker room.

Speaking with the reporters on November 5 after the first day of week 10 practice, McDermott made it clear that it’s frustrating to see the underlying issues with the team, and that they didn’t do anything to solve that.
