1Man wanted for indecent exposure near school bus in Albemarle County

Albemarle County, VA — Police are actively searching for a man accused of exposing himself to children while passing a school bus, prompting multiple criminal charges and a public safety alert in Albemarle County.

The Albemarle County Police Department announced Tuesday they have obtained warrants for 38-year-old Stuart W. Ragland on one count of obscene sexual display and two counts of indecent exposure. Investigators say the charges stem from an incident involving juveniles during a school bus encounter.
