MADISON, Wis. -- David Wells, who was last seen on Tuesday, has been found deceased on Madison's west side, according to the Madison Police Department.

Police said he was found dead at 12:18 a.m. There was nothing suspicious, and the investigation is ongoing.

On Tuesday, police responded to the 7000 block of Flower Lane for a missing person. He was last seen around 7 p.m. that day walking south on South Gammon Road near Flower Lane. area. A Silver Alert was issued for him early Wednesday morning.
