If you couldn’t get enough of Meghan Markle’s Netflix 2025 lifestyle debut, With Love, Meghan – and who could forget those homemade floral ice cubes and tulip toasts – then have I got a treat for you: yes, the Duchess of Sussex is allegedly returning to acting with a cameo (as herself) in the Amazon MGM Studios production Close Personal Friends.

According to Variety , Meghan will appear alongside Lily Collins, Brie Larson, Jack Quaid and Henry Golding in the film directed by Jason Orley, which follows a couple who befriend a celebrity duo on a trip to Santa Barbara. The Duchess of Sussex plays a “small role”, according to reports, marking her first acting role since she left Suits – the show which made her name – in November 2017, after getting engaged to Prince Harry.
