Jammu, Nov 6: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has launched Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 to encourage pensioners to adopt digital certification methods through the Jeevan Pramaan and Aadhaar Face RD mobile apps.

The campaign, held in collaboration with the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, aims to simplify the pension certification process and reduce the need for physical visits to treasuries and banks.
