The Delhi High Court on Thursday questioned Patanjali Ayurved over its recent chyawanprash

A bench of Justice Tejas Karia observed that while comparative advertising is permissible, no brand can disparage others in the process. “You can claim that you are the best, but you cannot call others ‘dhokha’, which in English means fraud and deception,” Justice Karia said, adding that Patanjali should consider using another word.
