A fresh political storm erupted on Thursday after the AAP and Congress accused BJP Rajya Sabha MP Rakesh Sinha of "voter fraud", alleging that he voted in both the Delhi Assembly elections held in February and the first phase of the Bihar Assembly elections held today.
The controversy comes a day after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi alleged that the BJP carried out "voter theft" in the 2024 Haryana polls, claiming that the same photograph of a Brazilian model appeared multiple times on voter ID cards.
