COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - A company is making the first 3D printed homes in Colorado, aiming to make their houses more affordable without compromising on structural integrity and overall quality.

VeroTouch started in 2023, printing their first homes in Buena Vista. Members of their team say they are one of relatively few companies in the U.S. making 3D printed homes. The company is now working on a development of more than thirty 3D printed homes in Salida.

“Salida is not an inexpensive housing market. This is at that higher end because it’s tourism driven, it’s a world class place to live. But we believe ... within a year or two, we should be significantly lower than the market prices,” Jake Rishavy, VeroTouch Chief Communications Officer, said.
