GLEN ARBOR — Glen Arbor will kick off the holiday season Nov. 28-29 with a PJ Party shopping event, the Bed Parade, a tree lighting with a Holiday Market preview and the annual Holiday Marketplace.

Per a Nov. 6 news release, the PJ Party runs from 6 to 9 a.m. Friday, Nov. 28, with some shops opening at 7 a.m. Shoppers are encouraged to wear pajamas while local stores offer deals and refreshments.

Hours and offerings vary by business, and participants are advised to check with individual shops.

The Bed Parade steps off from the Pine Cone at 9 a.m. Friday and runs until 9:30 a.m. Anyone is welcome to join or watch the procession of decorated beds along the route from the Pine Cone to Art’s Tavern. Participants should meet in front of the Pine Cone by 8:45 a.m.
